Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA) अपने विकास क्षेत्र में नियोजित शहरी विकास और Development Activities के Regulation के लिए जिम्मेदार वैधानिक प्राधिकरण है। यह Master Planning, Land Development, Building Plan Approval, Infrastructure Development, Housing Schemes और Construction Activities के Regulation जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करता है।

 

🏛️ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां/Main Responsibilities

 

HRDA का मुख्य उद्देश्य अपने Development Area का नियोजित और व्यवस्थित विकास सुनिश्चित करना है। इसकी प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां हैं:

•  Master Plans – Master Plan तैयार करना और उसका Implementation
•  Land Use Regulation – भूमि उपयोग एवं Development को नियंत्रित करना
•  Building Plan Approval – Building Plans की स्वीकृति
•  Layout Plan Approval – Layout Plans की Approval
•  Construction Regulation – निर्माण गतिविधियों का Regulation
•  Residential & Commercial Development – Residential एवं Commercial Areas का विकास
•  Housing Schemes – विभिन्न Housing Schemes का Development
•  Infrastructure Development – Infrastructure और Basic Facilities का विकास
•  Road Development – Roads एवं अन्य Development Works
•  Authority Properties – प्राधिकरण की Properties का Development एवं Management
•  Public Amenities – Public Amenities उपलब्ध कराना और उनका Maintenance
•  Land Acquisition & Development – भूमि Acquisition एवं Development

🏗️ भवन अनुमति एवं नक्शा स्वीकृति/Building Permission & Map Approval

 

HRDA भवन निर्माण से संबंधित Building Permit और Map Approval के लिए Online Facilities उपलब्ध कराता है। इसके Online Systems और Services में शामिल हैं:

इन सुविधाओं के माध्यम से Building Plan, Map Approval और Development से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रक्रियाओं को Online किया जा सकता है।

 

🗺️ मास्टर प्लान/Master Plan

 

HRDA अपने Development Area के नियोजित विकास के लिए Master Plans तैयार करता है। प्राधिकरण द्वारा Draft Haridwar Master Plan 2041 और Draft Roorkee Master Plan 2041 प्रकाशित किए गए हैं। Master Plan में भविष्य के Land Use, Residential Areas, Commercial Development, Transportation, Infrastructure, Public Facilities, Environmental Considerations और Planned Urban Growth के लिए Framework तैयार किया जाता है।
